Mark helped heal my tennis elbow without using a cortisone shot! Pemf, red light and cbd cream. He also helped me with my recurring shingle nerve pain. My pain was an 8 and it took it down to a 2 !!!

Mark has been great and the PEMF therapy worked so well. I was dealing with a groin injury for over a year with minimal improvement through PT. Went through about 5 PEMF treatments while doing my PT at home and now I'm close to 100%. Definitely wish I knew about this earlier.

I started with Illinois Family Health not too long ago after doing quite a bit of research into alternative health-care while already three months into the worst Crohns flare up I have had. That flare up had me down 60 pounds, left me severely weak and unable to do much of anything I normally would. After getting on a plan and protocol of sorts with them; I was able to finally get through my flare up and have since began gaining weight for the first time in too long as I am currently bsck up 20 pounds in the last 5 weeks roughly. Anyone looking for another option rather than more pills to just mask an issue should give them a try.

I have knee pain, in one knee I don't have (cruciate ligament) ACL .Also I stand a lot on my feet , at work .I had only several treatments so far, but after first one , I already feel better. Such results before, I only had to take painkillers pills. I highly recommend , to everyone.

After serving ten years in the Marine Corps, I developed tinnitus and multiple back injuries. Following my treatment with Mark and PEMF therapy, my hearing has significantly improved. Remarkably, after only two treatments, my tinnitus has nearly fully recovered, eliminating the ringing sensation and enhancing my ability to hear music. PEMF therapy also effectively resolved all my gastrointestinal issues. I strongly recommend that military personnel consider undergoing PEMF treatment to address and prevent various health concerns. Additionally, the treatment is highly cost-effective, with only ten dollars per session from Mark at Illinois Family Health and Wellness Center.

I felt with tennis elbow and bicep tendinitis for a couple of years making it uncomfortable to do certain workouts. I had done some therapy for it but didn’t really see any improvement. I gave PEMF a try and saw immediate decrease in the pain and discomfort after one session. I have done 3 sessions and plan on doing more to hopefully get rid of the elbow and forearm discomfort.

I was a bit skeptical when I visited with Mark to address two issues: (1) my knee soreness and swelling and (2) my aching rotator cuff. After six weeks of physical therapy with absolutely no relief, I was startled that after two 20 minute sessions with Mark, my knee and shoulder were totally free from any soreness, swelling and pain. Where I was gingerly walking up the stairs, I am now running up and down. When I unintentionally roll over on my shoulder, I can roll right back without pressure. When I play pickleball three times a week, I can play without constantly touching or rubbing my knee. I feel more active and flexible overall. I will definitely continue with these treatments to keep inflammation down, and I highly recommend Mark, who is friendly and knowledgable. The treatments are reasonably priced too! Go ahead and make an appointment. You have nothing to lose, but a lot to gain!
