Back in jan of this year i was in the market for a ebike and was originally wanted the falcon, but after speaking w the sales team. Amanda specifically, i explained what i needed the bike for and what it was going to be doing and how far and she recommended the Caofen F80 and this bike has been amazing, but 9 months after my purchase my charger died on me i was so nervous cause theyre in alberta and im here in manitoba after talking w her and the team they sent me out an extra one they had and handled the warranty themselves so i wouldnt be without my bike and just made the whole experience stress free and worry freee. Im back on my bike today with a fully fast charged battery thanks to amanda and the amazing team they have at joy ride. I would defiantly do business with them again.

Just wanted to share my personal experience here which honestly, wasn’t the best from the start. I had reached out to potentially get myself into an another street bike and rebuild my credit. I was speaking to a guy named Joel who was absolutely terrible at communicating & as a “salesman” I think it should be quite the opposite. Over the course over the last few weeks this is what happened. I reached out to him to get into a bike, he had reached out stating I need a co signer about 5 days later after I initially reached out which I had supplied. Afte I provided him with a co signer I hadn’t heard from him for close to a week. He had said he would call me on the Saturday morning, didn’t hear from him. Wednesday came around, & finally he had reached out to me saying I was approved. Then again, this guy went MIA to the point I had to reach out to upper management to see what the heck was going on. Almost another week later after ME reaching out numerous times, he claimed I “needed” yet another co signer. The lack of communication was brutal, he kept calling me “bro” which I believe is very unprofessional on top of everything else From a guy who used to work sales at a dealership years ago, I can honestly say the customer service at this place is the worst I have ever seen. I 100% do not recommend.

He and Taylor worked tirelessly to find the right bike for me and went above and beyond throughout the whole process. Exceptional experience from first reaching out all the way to getting the unit delivered. Fit and finish on the unit is ok, not too bad for the price. Only downside was lot of loose hardware on delivery & broken door limit cable which i need to fix since it isn't a stocked or warranty item. Not a bad overall experience.
