Awesome group. They helped us find the best interest rate for our mortgage and are following up with things even after we settled. An agent came to the settlement, which was a wonderful surprise since we had a couple of questions. They were on top of everything and made the whole stressful process much easier. I am a Real Estate Associate Broker, and I have been working with Jon for a number of years now. I started working with him because I have a good many deaf and hearing impaired clients, and Jon is a CODA (child of deaf adults), so he could sign with my clients and this was a wonderful service. After a number of seamless, easy, no-need-to-babysit deals with Jon, I asked myself why I was only sending him my deaf clients - and from that moment began to send him my hearing clients as well. Bottom line, all of my buyers were thrilled with Jon, and often complimented his ability to clearly explain everything, answer his phone promptly, and find them the best deal possible. From a Realtor point of view, the last thing I want is to have to police loans, or worse, get some last minute unpleasant surprises. Not so with Jon! NOPE. He handles everything professionally, thoroughly, and never paints a rosy picture that he can’t deliver. Recently, I had a tough deal. My sellers had a contract, and the buyers wanted to cancel because the lender they were using failed to reflect the city taxes in their monthly payment, putting them $300ish over their budget. All seemed lost, but thankfully the other agent agreed to let Jon have a look, and he stayed in their desired budget even WITH the city taxes! Whoop! This is not the first time I sent buyers to Jon when their lender couldn’t deliver. And not the first time he saved the day. If any agents out there are reading this, please know that THIS is what we all want and need in a lender, period, end of story. I will add only that I can be a bit high maintenance (Type A, firstborn, Leo, and Italian) and he handles me with great patience and good humor. :) Ritter Mortgage rocks, and Jon and staff are wonderful. Just wanted to leave a review. Purchased my first house and Jon Ritter was recommended to me by my realtor. Jon helped me step by step along the way to get me pre approved and then helped me from there with the rest of the process. Buying a house is not very fun due to all the paper work but Jon and his team did make it very easy and they are very kind and respectful. It was a very smooth process from putting the offer in on the house all the way to the settlement table. Whenever in the future we decide to get another home I know who I will be calling to find me a loan. Thanks again!
