Wow! My husband and I cannot say enough about the attention to detail and professionalism that Josh offers as a home inspector. Each nook and cranny was carefully inspected, photographed and/or videoed with recommendations attached. It was an incredibly timely inspection and he even allowed us to come and take a look at the house again while he was inspecting. Home inspection He was by far the best inspector I have ever dealt with. He does a very professional job. Reliable and on time dependable and I certainly got my monies worth. he stayed and did a lot of extra work at no charge. He was like going back to the old days, when a handshake was a deal ,and you got a good days work out of someone. I felt like he offered wonderful service and was very concise.
