Mi pareja y yo somos mexicanos. Decidimos hacer una boda íntima en Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica, y la verdad es que no pudimos haber elegido mejor. Encontramos a Joice y fue una bendición desde el primer momento que la contactamos. Nos dio recomendaciones increíbles para prepararnos para una boda en la playa, tips súper acertados que marcaron toda la experiencia. Durante la boda fue lindísima con nosotros, nos hizo sentir en confianza y acompañados en todo momento. Y ahora que vimos las fotos… se me erizó la piel. Our wedding at Secret Papagayo was small, with about 30 guests, but it was truly magical – and Joice captured every single moment beautifully. What I loved the most is how present she was the entire time, always ready to catch the perfect moments without ever feeling intrusive. My husband, who usually doesn’t like taking photos, felt completely comfortable during the getting ready, which says a lot about how talented Joice is at making you feel relaxed. She was wonderful to work with in advance of the event -- great with communication and sharing recommendations and very flexible and accommodating with my requests. I LOVE the photos not only because she captured the emotion of many special moments during the ceremony with such perfection, but also because the coloring is so rich and beautiful. When it came to the family photos immediately following the ceremony, as well as our family session, she was especially skilled at giving us direction to avoid photos that felt stiff or awkward. At both sessions, she was prompt, patient and so friendly, and we never felt rushed. I highly, highly recommend her!
