Steve from John The Plumber was super professional and on time. I received a text letting me know when he would arrive at the clinic. He investigated the issue, then called me back with the solution and asked for confirmation before proceeding. He provided a quote before starting the work, and the final bill matched exactly. The work was completed and the invoice arrived in my email shortly after. The entire process from start to finish was professional and efficient. A special thank you as well to Emily, who was helpful and kind when I called to book the appointment. 5 stars!

Had such a great experience getting my Air conditioner installed! Ive used John the Plumber many times over the years and always had the best service. Im so glad they added hvac on to their specialties! Emad the installer was so professional and knowledgeable and made the install a breeze (literally). He stayed and showed me how to use all the settings and made sure I was informed about all yearly maintenance before he left! Highly recommend!!

Steve and Francis were great. I called at 9:30 in the morning and they were at my home by 10:30 and found the source of the leak and fixed it very quickly. They were up front about the cost before doing any work. I would use them again without any hesitation.

Living in an older house comes with all sorts of wonderful surprises... 'simple' things are never simple. So when we decided our outdated sink faucet needed replacement, the house decided we also needed to replace our shut off valves as well! Luckily John The Plumber was ready and available. They arrived as scheduled and were able to provide a quick and clear explanation of the issue and options to resolve it. Within the hour we were up and running. They even adjusted the lines to ensure we didnt run into other issues. Thanks for being awesome guys!
