Garrett was excellent in communication, came on time and was patient enough to investigate the issues, explain and clarify everything then fix the problem. He even offered to help us with another issue that we had. The whole appointment was pleasant and very efficient 👏🏼

We had a leak coming out of our ceiling. We got Owen who came and he was extremely professional and friendly. He did amazing work with what he had to work with. He really made us feel at ease because of his knowledge. I would 100% recommend John the Plumber and anyone who gets Owen is lucky!
