Our 2012 water heater stopped working and had to be replaced. From my initial contacts the team responded quickly with a next day replacement, and Tristan our technician installed our new tank with professionalism and expertise while also providing advice on how to maintain my new tank. Overall I could not be more impressed with the quality of the service provided by the team and would not hesitate to recommend their services for any water heater installation.

Our experience with Brandon from John the Plumber has been great. We had a bunch of work done after the Canada Day flood (laundry plumbing replaced for washer & sink installation as well as a drain and backflow valve camera inspection.) He explained every step of the inspection and what work is required for next steps. 👍
