We had a great experience with John the Plumber. We called about a few plumbing problems, and they were able to come out that same day to assess everything and provide us with a detailed quote. Thankfully, we were able to book the work for the very next day, which was fantastic.
Alex was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We had a really bad sewer smell coming from our bathroom sink, an old toilet that desperately needed to be replaced, and a kitchen sink that was dropping and needed to be reinforced. Alex installed a new toilet, replaced the bathroom drain, and secured the kitchen sink, taking care of all three problems efficiently.
We really appreciated how quickly everything was arranged and the quality of the work. Alex did a great job, and we’re very happy with the results. We would definitely recommend Alex and John the Plumber!

Wonderful service. Very experienced. Was able to answer all my questions clearly and with detail. Worked efficiently. Priced everything accurately for the estimate and delivered reviewing all the line items on the final bill. I have an older house so his experience was invaluable to recognize and adapt to any unique setups from a previous age.
