Craftsmanship is fine. I called them to repair my under mounted kitchen sink. Total job time was 39 mins. For a simple job of remounting the sink it was $600 plus tax. When I asked for an explanation why it cost so much since a tube of silicon was the only materials used it was explained as a class 3 job due to disconnecting the drain. On the invoice there is no other breakdown except unit price of $599. I feel taken advantage of for such a quick and easy fix.
My shower wouldn't turn off. John the Plumber answered the phone quickly, gave me a same day appointment, showed up on time, knew exactly what to do and returned with the required part (a cartridge) and now the shower turns off smoothly. What more could you ask for?

I had a small leak coming from a recent toilet install. I was quoted $299 for the repair with a 2-year warranty. Before starting, I overheard one technician question the other about the price he had given in a perplexed tone, which was the first red flag. Moments later, they informed me they had cracked and broken the toilet tank while tightening the bolts and told it would need to be replaced. Astonishingly, they still asked the full $299 payment, effectively charging me for not only not fixing the leak, but also breaking my toilet. I do not recommend.
Had Andrew come and camera our drain because we have sewage backed up into the house from the septic when it shouldn’t be. Gave us instructions on what to do next. Great service.

Great job. I now can turn off water at each sink (without needing to turn off water supply to house) to repair a dripping faucet
