Our tenant was experiencing lack of hot water in both showers of the unit, the shower cartridges needed replacing. Johnathan was able to source the style of the cartridges with the outer fixure style alone, meaning 1 less visit to access the area and investigate. (other plumbers were quoting multiple visits and possible stretches of time needed in order to order the right parts)
Prompt, effiecent and very communicative, I couldn't have asked for a better experience as a landlord, when trying to alleviate my tenant's problems as quickly as possible. Appointment was made within 24 hours, and the problems were fixed.
Johnathan was upfront with the cost of the assesment over the phone, prior to entering the unit (I was able to give a clear definition of the problem and likely solution, which helped greatly). Upon actually performing the work, the actual work performed shifted as needed due to the nature of the source of the item needed to be fixed. The quote was adjusted and communicated to me for approval, it actually ended up being less than initially quoted!
As much as I hope that I won't experience any more plumbing issues in the future, should it be necessary, I will 100% be calling John the Plumber back again. Thank You!!

The service guy came as scheduled, analyzed and fixed the problem quickly. He was friendly to deal with and we felt the amount charged was appropriate. In short we were very impressed with the service we received.

Andrew did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing our plumbing issue with the shower not recieving proper hot water. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain what was going wrong and walked us through how he resolved it, which we really appreciated.
What stood out most was his expertise, he was able to fix the problem without needing to replace our shower valve, which is relatively new. That saved us unnecessary cost and hassle.
Professional, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this company and Andrew.

Prompt with timing. Showed up within the hour of calling. But overcharged way more than they should have! $299+tax or $250 cash for a quick 2 minute pex repair, that was not done well at all for the area it was in and made more work for the contractor. Will not be using there services again.

Pretty difficult job given the pipes configuration and access. The guys did a great job and I would highly recommend them. They left the place super clean even with all the stuff they had to deal with.

Eric and Miguel showed at the schedule time. Introduced themselves first. Started assessment first and explain has they assessed. Had time to answer my questions.Quote has done .
Started to do the work to the sink only today.Worked efficiently and completed the sink pipe and checking for any leaks into dining room ceiling. Also unclogged drain in shower has water backed up into the shower from running the water in the sink.Cleaned up shower and all the old pipes.
We be changing two toilets later in April with John the Plumber . Hope to see Eric and Miguel .
Payment was also made easy.

Garrett was super helpful answering my questions and explaining the issues and the different ways to fix them. Highly professional and was able to fix our clogged sewer line in under an hour. Would definitely recommend!

Ryan showed up on time, very polite, kept me informed throughout the investigation, and explained everything thoroughly. Great experience so far with booking, invoicing, payment and an estimate for more work. (We liked John the Plumber so much we invited them back to do more work.)
