I booked on-line with John the Plumber and got an appointment for the very same day. I had to change it due to a sudden schedule change and they were very prompt and accommodating to change it to the following day (today). Matt showed up and expertly fixed both problems (a kitchen faucet that wouldn’t shut off and very low flow to our in-door water dispenser on our fridge). Matt was very polite and left his work space clean and neat. He spent about 1 1/2 hours here. Changed valves, soldered, etc. Got $20 off for booking on-line.

Garrett installed three new toilets after we started having problems with old ones getting backed up. The installation went smoothly and he and his assistant had them up and running in under two hours. We were very pleased with the installation man quality of the toilets.

Arrived when they said they would. Plumber was pleasant, personable and very professional. Explained what was causing the problem,, addressed it and demonstrated to me that it had been resolved. Very positive experience and will definitely use again.

#1. Yes, your entire team was awesome!! They couldn't have been any more pleasant and very respectful. #2. Yes, Garrett called and informed me he was about 10 to 15 minutes away. I believe I was the first appointment of the morning. My window was between 8am and 12am! #3. Every person I talked with was extremely courteous, very professional, friendly and presentable. #4. Yes, the job I had for Garrett was fixed quickly and he was kind enough to show me and explain to me what happened with my issue. I will definitely leave the fixes to the professionals! #5. I absolutely WILL recommend John the Plumber and Garrett to everyone. I did get a quote from Garrett for another job in the new year so will be calling back and will definitely ask for Garrett to do the job.

Andrew was prompt, informative, and professional. We were extremely happy with the service. Colin joined later on in the job and was equally as impressive. The work was phenomenal and they left the job site very clean. A bonus note, both guys were very kind to my 4 year old who was having a great time bringing them stickers for a job well done. I called this company to get a quote to hook-up a kitchen sink and dishwasher. The dishwasher was already installed as was the sink and the rough-in for the water supply and drain had recently been completed. When I called, I asked how the service worked and SPECIFICALLY explained that I was concerned about paying $90 for a “service call” if I was going to be quoted over $1,000 (knowing that would be a ridiculously high price to pay for the work I needed done) and asked if they could give me some sense of the range they would charge for the work I required. I was told “no”. When I expressed my hesitancy again, I was reminded of the great reviews and it was suggested that the company wouldn’t have such a high rating if it was quoting ridiculously high prices for the work. The plumber who came quoted me $1,200 for a job that would take less than two hours!!!! I ended up getting a local plumber and paid $750 for a great job that took about 60-90 minutes. I would NOT recommend John the Plumber.

We had Mulakey visit our home and install a new dishwasher…he was met with an unexpected surprise…the old dishwasher needed to be disconnected and removed. He wasn’t expecting this, but, got on with the job. Our installation was the fourth of the day…he was still smiling when the job was done…Will gladly have him back for any other work we need done…
