#2. Yes, Garrett called and informed me he was about 10 to 15 minutes away. I believe I was the first appointment of the morning. My window was between 8am and 12am!

We had this company doing a complicated plumbing job, the pipes access was difficult and we needed to cut part of a wall. We had a few estimates from other companies, they were high and the explanations of the work were very convoluted. John the plumber estimate was clear, concise and the price was not cheap but affordable. They were respectful and understood that they needed to follow the condo restrictions. I will not recommend this company. I was very disappointed with the quote we received for installing 1 shower head with cartridge and possibly 2 a job of about 2 hrs, the access is easy but I was told they work by the job not hourly therefore they charge 78,00$ for the quote deductible if I give them the job, the grand total was 958,01$. I guess they will not get the job.

Eric installed the exact replacement exterior water tap that I wanted (1/4 turn and freeze-proof) and brought my plumbing to code with a shutoff valve that was missing! Very professional and pleasant experience!

Our experience was very good. Zack was very professional and easy to deal with. Scheduling was a little challenging, but we eventually we able to find a time on fairly short notice (we had a sump broken down). I would return for repeat business.

I had a wonderful experience
Aaron absolutely knew what he was doing. He changed my Sump pump no problems very quick and tidy work even gave me some tips to help make the pump last longer thanks again. I will definitely call upon them again.

My house is 63 years old, as is the plumbing. Some of the joints did not look too good, so I called John the Plumber to take a look and advise me. They sent Garrett who called ahead and arrived when he said he would. He was very courteous, very pleasant personality and very professional. He advised me that the joints seemed ok and should be fine, but there was no way he could guarantee that they would not leak say 1, 3, 6, 12 etc months down the road, due to the age. He suggested that I leave it as it is and call him if/when I had a leak or if I preferred, he could go ahead and replace the affected area (about 6 feet). He gave me a price to do the repairs, should I want to go that route. 1-The price was reasonable and 2-I loved the fact that he was not trying to pressure me in any way to just go ahead and do the repairs. Rather than wait til there was a problem, I had Garrett go ahead and do the repairs. I wanted a new shut off valve and Garrett had one in the van. That was fortunate for me, because that was a last minute request by me. This is the third time that I have used John the Plumber (all for different repairs). I can't say enough about what a pleasant experience it was dealing with Garrett. Just a super person. John the Plumber are not cheap, but you get what you pay for. They stand by their work with a two year guarantee where a lot of others give you say 90 days or 6 months or maybe a year, if you are lucky. In all my 3 service calls, it was always speedy, excellent service, pleasant and polite professionals. They came on time, did excellent plumbing work and left the area spotless afterwards. Whether you are dealing with Garrett of someone else (Mat, Crispin, Ryan, Brad etc) Your home is in good hands. I highly recommend John the Plumber.

Eric was friendly. Giving me a quote on his phone of roughly $400 before he has seen the toilet.
He notices flange is broken, said he was sorry, it would cost $300, toilet was already removed. What was I supposed to say? He bought a new one and did the labour i bought my own toilet to keep my costs down. Final bill was close to $900 with 10% senior discount.
I was overcharged. I understand plumbers are expensive., but a toilet install, this high?
There was no break down of costs for each job or purchased flange. the company is happy because I paid an etransfer. It's difficult to trust trades people when plumbers call the shots.

Replace the old pipes and works amazing now .
