Great service, if you have money to burn. The staff who attended were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My negative feedback comes from the price to snake my drain pipe. The snake and a shop vac were used to remove an obstruction, but the invoice price of $565 was unnecessarily high without the need of materials or significant difficulty/complications. I was initially informed of a $89 inspection fee on the phone. Then when the plumbers arrived was warned of the $299 inspection fee if there were complications with unclogging the drain, and I was even comfortable with this being the price - then once the work was completed I was surprised with the bill of $565. Just a flat price, no breakdown of charges and no support from their customer service to explain how they justified such a high price for such routine plumbing activities. Poor pricing structure, and poor communication. That will be the first and last time I use John the Plumber, unless I win the lottery.

#1. Yes, your entire team was awesome!! They couldn't have been any more pleasant and very respectful. #2. Yes, Garrett called and informed me he was about 10 to 15 minutes away. I believe I was the first appointment of the morning. My window was between 8am and 12am! #3. Every person I talked with was extremely courteous, very professional, friendly and presentable. #4. Yes, the job I had for Garrett was fixed quickly and he was kind enough to show me and explain to me what happened with my issue. I will definitely leave the fixes to the professionals! #5. I absolutely WILL recommend John the Plumber and Garrett to everyone. I did get a quote from Garrett for another job in the new year so will be calling back and will definitely ask for Garrett to do the job.

We had this company doing a complicated plumbing job, the pipes access was difficult and we needed to cut part of a wall. We had a few estimates from other companies, they were high and the explanations of the work were very convoluted. John the plumber estimate was clear, concise and the price was not cheap but affordable. They were respectful and understood that they needed to follow the condo restrictions. I will not recommend this company. I was very disappointed with the quote we received for installing 1 shower head with cartridge and possibly 2 a job of about 2 hrs, the access is easy but I was told they work by the job not hourly therefore they charge 78,00$ for the quote deductible if I give them the job, the grand total was 958,01$. I guess they will not get the job.

Eric installed the exact replacement exterior water tap that I wanted (1/4 turn and freeze-proof) and brought my plumbing to code with a shutoff valve that was missing! Our experience was very good. Zack was very professional and easy to deal with. Scheduling was a little challenging, but we eventually we able to find a time on fairly short notice (we had a sump broken down). I would return for repeat business.

My house is 63 years old, as is the plumbing. Some of the joints did not look too good, so I called John the Plumber to take a look and advise me. They sent Garrett who called ahead and arrived when he said he would. He was very courteous, very pleasant personality and very professional. He advised me that the joints seemed ok and should be fine, but there was no way he could guarantee that they would not leak say 1, 3, 6, 12 etc months down the road, due to the age. He suggested that I leave it as it is and call him if/when I had a leak or if I preferred, he could go ahead and replace the affected area (about 6 feet). He gave me a price to do the repairs, should I want to go that route. 1-The price was reasonable and 2-I loved the fact that he was not trying to pressure me in any way to just go ahead and do the repairs.
