While I was out of the country for business, my home furnace failed. My HVAC service rep (not Johnson) indicated they could not get parts to repair nor could they find a suitably sized replacement unit. I called Johnson - an authorized Trane certified company - and Scott went to my home that day, completed some basic home heating calculations, and located a replacement unit in Kentucky. The next day the team from Johnson H&C installed a new furnace and matching AC unit. The new system works perfectly and we have the team at Johnson to thank for their immediate response. They earned a 5 star for their customer support and for delivering on their main objective - heating before the major cold front arrived - for my family and home.

We are most disappointed with the lack of consideration given to us for a plumbing issue. We scheduled Johnson for a plumbing issue. They came out quickly and gave us an estimate and said the work would take 1-2 days. It has been one week we still do not have a kitchen sink that works. We have had to reschedule and shift our work all week long in anticipation that they would finish the job today. They said, “we are sorry, it is a scheduling issue”. We waited again today, no call no show. We now have to go all weekend without our sink. They need to finish a job before they start others. We would not recommend Johnson which is sad as we have used them in the past successfully. We will not use them again.

I just had my annual furnace and plumbing inspection as part of my maintenence plan. My technicians were excellent and professional. I liked the fact that they did not make any recommendations that were not in my best interest. My water pressure issue was resolved based on Jesse’s recommendation to replace a faucet which I did myself. My furnace technician Tyree kept me up to date on my aging furnace so I can plan ahead. He also helped me with a DIY recommendation for a new thermostat. Good job, JHCP.

I scheduled estimate to replace my Trane heat pump. The comfort advisor came quickly and told me that he was a commissioned salesperson. He was very professional. However, his price was over $4,000 more than other estimates from competitors for the same units. Other companies also said that Trane was offering instant rebates, but he did not offer them. Obviously, I will not be using them to replace my heat pump.

Great service. Able to get in quickly. Called out for a sub pump issues and inspector recommending the heating system get looked at. Caught multiple issues some that were present and missed by a home inspector ( ac unit issues) and existed from the moment the house was built. Ac unit had never been serviced, despite having regular service from another company. Fixed a faulty sub pump system. Signed up for regular service and maintenance.

Paul was very competent and accommodating. Did the work very quietly and quickly as I napped. He explained everything to me in detail and explained all the costs thoroughly. I am unsure of the product suitability as it takes a while to get up to full capacity but seems to be doing well now.
