Spoke with Sam at John’s Blinds in Wickford as my roller blind chain had broken.
Popped into the store and Sam fixed it in a couple of minutes. Refused to take any money from me too. More places should have customer service like this. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had our new curtains installed yesterday and we are absolutely thrilled with them! Our experience with using Johns Blinds & Curtains has been great from start to finish! Excellent service, great communication, and fantastic attention to detail. The quality of the curtains is amazing and they have completely transformed the room. The installation was done perfectly- thank you Sam & Matt- and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality curtains and outstanding service.

The service was friendly, and individual. I felt the staff wanted to help. Both Sam who did the pre order visit and Steve who fitted the blinds were excellent.
Fitting was quick and efficient and so tidy.

Really pleased with the fly screen professionally installed today to our sun room patio doors. We've been putting up with flies & insects getting in for ages until we found this company who did an excellent job. Highly recommend!!

I was given great advice by their surveyor and then the fitter did an excellent job too. Both very professional and clearly took real pride in their work. The blinds look amazing and were more competitively priced than the other companies who quoted me.
I will definitely be using them again and can highly recommend John’s Blinds and Curtains.
