Food: the food was good. They have all the classic breakfast combos that I was looking for. I have been looking for a place for breakfast to replace the coop when they closed.
Service: quick and friendly
Ambiance: cute diner that lets you seat yourself.
I forgot to take pics but I'll be back.
I recommend it especially at a good price.

Popular local eatery for breakfast.
We seated ourselves and the hostess brought us our drinks. A few minutes later our food order was taken and we waited. Not long at all to be honest.
Out came our food as ordered hot and tasty.
Eggs were perfect hot and runny. Hash browns crispy and the bacon crispy but not too. Toast was buttered in the kitchen but they gave me some more on the side.
French toast was a good portion and very good.
A very good breakfast. Both of us ate for about 20 bucks.
The interior was bright and clean.
Protip: you know it is a good spot when you see the Sheriff's deputies are there.
This diner is conveniently located on my way to work so it's no surprise I'm always in here for breakfast - and let me tell you - they do not disappoint. Coffee is always nice & hot, breakfast is full of flavor and eggs are cooked to perfection (literally every time), and the service and staff is extremely attentive and hospitable. You truly feel like you're part of the family when you dine here. Johnnys Dinner on University definitely has set the bar extremely high on what first-class service truly means.
The service is always great and breakfasts are delicious, but my husband and I went for lunch today and we were very unimpressed. My husband had a burger and it was pre made and gray. I had the liver and onions and the liver was thin and stringy. The onions were burned and bitter.
I always enjoyed the breakfast there , but I won't go at lunchtime

Wednesday special - chicken fried steak with potatoes and corn, also comes with soup or salad, I got the Italian wedding soup - very good. Service was good and fast, the owner Margarite checked on us several times, kept the water and coffee filled. I like the quiet ambiance, light country music in background and the TV's tuned to cooking shows ( on mute)
First time at Johnnys in university . I stopped going to casselberry spot ever since I found out our waitress “Maria” was gone. Now coming to find out she has a sister name “Martina” that is working at this one . They both gave me the same Vibe. Both sisters service was OUTSTANDING!!!!
My new favorite spot 🙌
