Highly recommended . My flight was scheduled for the next day and my visa still hadn’t been approved ,on top of that it was the weekend so I was really worried that nothing could be done in time. Our family (all US passport holders) all received our visas, except for our daughter. We received several emails asking for additional information and then we had only 72 hours and it was still "processing" on the Evisa Government site. I started researching options after calling and emailing the Embassy in DC and various consulates. No answer and no response. So, I sent Joey Visa a message on WhatsApp. Their customer service was responsive and reassuring. My husband thought we were getting scammed - but I was trusting the process. Our visa was delivered as promised and we are headed to Vietnam in 48 hours. We are thrilled. They have all those 5 stars for a reason.

My Emergency Vietnam E-Visa amd some!
I would like to express my gratitude to Joey for his exceptional service. My E-Visa had not been approved due to data image issues. I contacted Joey on Saturday morning and he assured me that I would receive it by 5:00 pm.
Notably, I had previously contacted two other offices prior to his, which said it couldnt be done!
I received my E-Visa and letter at 4:45 pm, which was crucial as my flight was departing the following day. I also purchased the Airport Fastrack, and upon arrival, his staff greeted us and escorted us to the front of the immigration line, where we promptly received our stamp and collected our bags. The experience was truly VIP-like. Additionally, I purchased an eSIM, which has functioned flawlessly. The prices were competitive. Just got our eVisas approved in time for our flight tomorrow thanks to Joey Visa and their amazing team.
I’d submitted both my and my partner’s eVisas the Sunday preceding the Tet holidays without realising the immigration department would be closed for a whole week. I found Joey Visa’s contact details on Facebook the following Monday and they guaranteed we’d have our visas ready at 5pm on the 23rd February, once immigration was back from their public holiday.
Our visas were ready before 4pm - earlier than promised. Not only did they exceed our expectations, but they charged a very reasonable price and made sure to remain available at all times for any questions, replying to all my messages immediately.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Joey Visas for anyone needing visa assistance for Vietnam!
