Most recently he was so helpful with installing a bidet for my parents and installing another small hot water system for our granny flat. Terrific service. We had our new washer/dryer combo installed in the kitchen. We needed all the hook-up for water and drains connected through from the machine to under the sink. We are beyond happy with our ensuite renovation by Joel Aitken Plumbing and Bathrooms — it is absolutely amazing.
Joel and his entire team were outstanding from start to finish. From the demolition team, carpenter, gyprocker, tiler, painter, right through to the glass installers, we honestly couldn’t fault a single one of them. Every person involved showed great attention to detail, was super friendly, always on time, and exceptional at keeping the worksite clean and tidy.
Nothing was ever too hard — if something needed changing, it was handled without any issue. The LED lighting is a real stand-out feature for us and has added a beautiful touch of luxury to our ensuite.
