Finally, an honest insulation company. Joe came by to give us an estimate for insulation because our upstairs bedroom over our garage had extremely high humidity. Another company quoted us $15,000 to replace our existing insulation and completely seal the soffits around our house. Unbeknownst to us, sealing our soffits would have ruined our house and made it uninsurable.
Joe explained that soffits are needed so that your house could breathe. He gave a thorough free inspection and explained a lot as he went along. He was honest in his estimation and was upfront that adding insulation for our particular issue was not going to solve our humidity problem or lower our bill. He even said that our current insulation was installed properly. He ultimately recommended that we contact our HVAC company and have them make adjustments on our AC’s damper settings to see if that would help. Well, it solved our problem and saved us thousands of dollars in the end.
Joe knows his stuff and is an honest person. I highly recommend him and his company. He’s not out here running a shady business. This man has integrity. Thanks Joe for saving us $$$.

Not a good customer experience at all. Joe came out and did an inspection and said that they would be sending over a price to do the job. That is where the communication with them ended. Four days later I followed up with a phone call to see where the estimate was and I received an apology and was told I would have it by the end of the day. Never received any communication from them even after I sent another communication asking if they were interested in doing the job or not. Never even got the courtesy of a response from them.
Based on this limited but terrible customer experience I would not recommend this company as someone to do business with

Despite an initial snafu that set the project back a day, they rallied and finished on time! Very easy to work with and their staff was friendly and helpful at every step.
