Joe Schmo was suggested to us by our realtor so we didn’t think to look for anyone else but I wish we had. Before Joe Schmo came to rehaul our electrical, our garage worked, after they left, it didn’t. When we called to complain and see what happened, they said they forgot to plug in the cord to the garage, but that didn’t fix the problem and now our garage door won’t close and we now we need to pay more and have another company come out to fix what they broke.
UPDATE!
I was contacted by Hillary and she offered to have a technician come out and take a look at our garage after they realized it still wasn’t working correctly. Eric was on time, and so kind. He got in there, found the problem, and fixed it in five minutes. Now we have a working garage, thank you Jo Schmo!!
