I have been away from this company for more than a year but they are people of their word (told me if I need any assistance in the future, just to reach out)...when I needed help gaining access back to my website they created for me after leaving my current SEO company, they worked with me to give me that access back. I wasn't even a current client. Ana is the rep I worked with.
I highly recommend Hite Digital for their exceptional services and results-driven approach. From the very start, their team was professional, responsive, and attentive to my business needs. They took the time to understand my goals and developed a customized digital marketing strategy that perfectly suited my business.
They provided regular updates and reports, allowing me to track the progress of my online marketing efforts. Thanks to their expertise and hard work, my website traffic increased significantly, and my conversion rates improved as well.
Stay away from this company! i chose to stop using their service and I made them aware before my next invoice that I was cancelling. They still billed me for the next month stating that their is a 14 day cancellation policy. I never signed anything agreeing to their terms or conditions, nor did I ever even receive a bill in the two years that I used their service.
Gustavo Tapia's customer service certainly lacks which is why I left.
We had Hite Digital create a brand new website for us as our previous one was out of date. Our website now is mobile friendly, easy to navigate and looks very professional. Adam & his team were great to work with, communication was on point and they made sure we were 100% satisfied before signing off. Will look to them in the future for website & SEO needs.
JC and the Hite Digital team have gone above and beyond for my agency to ensure my clients are getting fantastic results, consistently. Indiana has been incredible to work with. She is highly professional and knowledgeable, and has endless patience when it comes to resolving the day to day little issues that are bound to come up with any agency. Hite Digital with JC at the helm is one of the most trustworthy and honest digital marketing firms. I’ve always been wary of digital firms because it seems like there are lots of faux businesses out there.
Hite Digital really know what they’re talking about and have a tonne of experience in digital marketing. They know the numbers and will constantly adjust marketing plans based on intense reviews of that data.
Well and truly worth your time to enable Hite Digital to oversee and manage your online marketing plan!
Hite Digital is amazing! When I came to them, I not only had nothing, but didn’t even know where to begin.

I dislike this stuff, know nothing about the digital world and I’m sure was incredibly annoying, but they were patient and amazing!
