I had a great experience with J&T Automotive and would definitely recommend them. I brought in my 2005 Toyota Land Cruiser for front CV axle replacement, and they used Raxles — a high-quality aftermarket option. The work was done very well, and the vehicle is now running extremely smooth. What really stood out was their communication and customer service. Chris kept me informed at every step, explained the options clearly, and made the whole process very easy. They even arranged Uber transportation for pickup, which made a big difference in convenience. There was also a concern earlier related to a brake service, and I appreciate that they worked with me on it in a professional and fair way. That gave me confidence to continue with them for the axle work. Overall, the job was completed on time with strong communication and quality workmanship. I’ll definitely be returning for future service. Thanks to Chris and the J&T team.

Chris at J&T Automotive was amazing! He was professional, friendly, honest, and incredibly helpful. Car issues can be stressful, but he made the entire experience easy from start to finish. My undercarriage had been damaged and partially torn loose after all of the crazy weather we’ve been experiencing here in Houston, and I was honestly worried about what I was walking into. Chris immediately put me at ease. He never made me feel embarrassed, dismissed, or like I should have known more about cars. Instead, he took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and helped me every step of the way with patience and respect. The service was fast, accurate, and efficient—I was in and out in about 45 minutes. On top of that, the shop itself was incredibly welcoming. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and smelled wonderful. There was even a nice outdoor area where I was able to sit, relax, and read while my vehicle was being taken care of. The entire environment had a great energy that made the experience even better. What stood out most was Chris himself. He is a true gentleman—kind, respectful, professional, and genuinely focused on helping people. In a time when great customer service can feel hard to find, he went above and beyond. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about the people who walk through the door. I wish I could give more than five stars because this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, efficient, and treats customers with genuine care and respect, I highly recommend Chris and J&T Automotive. 2026 I can confidently say that I have found a trutworthy automotive repair shop. I recently brought my 2011 Toyota Camry in for several repairs, including an A/C vacuum and recharge, alternator replacement, and alternator bearing replacement. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The quality of the work was outstanding, the pricing was fair and reasonable, and the entire team demonstrated a level of professionalism that is hard to find these days. A special thank you to Ethan, Caleb, Cris, and the entire J&T Automotive team. Everyone is respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their customers. What I appreciate most is that they take the time to explain what's going on with your vehicle in a way that's easy to understand. They also provide photos of the problem areas, which gives you confidence that you are seeing exactly what they see. Unlike some repair shops, they never pressure you into unnecessary repairs. Their recommendations are honest, transparent, and focused on what your vehicle actually needs. The customer service and workmanship at J&T Automotive are truly second to none. If you're looking for an automotive repair shop you can trust, I highly recommend J&T Automotive for all of your vehicle service and repair needs. 2025 I stopped by for an estimate and was assisted by a nice young man named Carlos. He was patient and listened to my concerns. Before leaving I asked Reynaldo (who was also very pleasant) if he could check my air pressure, and he happily obliged. Carlos and Reynaldo also check my fluids and inspected my vehicle for any visible leaks. I really appreciate their professionalism and I am looking forward to my service.

I had a clicking noise concern on my Kia EV and brought it in for inspection. Ethan and the team were extremely professional, honest, and customer-focused. They performed a thorough inspection and found no issues requiring repair. Since no problem was identified, they did not charge me for the inspection. Ethan took the time to show me detailed inspection photos, explain what had been checked, and answer all of my questions. Most importantly, they did not try to sell me unnecessary maintenance or repairs. Their honesty, transparency, and willingness to help customers save money are rare these days. I highly recommend this shop and would especially like to thank Ethan for his outstanding service.

This shop has definitely earned every 5 star review 👍. Chris was very helpful in assisting me during my appointment and was very thorough at explaining the issues and repair costs. Lexus dealership was quoting me an absurd amount of money to fix a radiator leak on my SUV. These guys got it done at a decent price and they had it done in 1 day! I’ll definitely be utilizing this shop for any further maintenance issues from here on out.

I had a great experience and was very pleased with the service. I took my car in because my check engine light came on. They were able to get me in fast, order the part and fix the problem. They also had a shuttle service so I didn’t have to wait there the entire time. Will always go here for any issues in be future.

Bryan and his team are absolutely amazing! I had my air conditioning repaired as it was blowing cold on one side and hot on the other side. They got it working great. They also did a diagnostic test which showed what I needed to have done and what might be coming up soon which was very helpful so you can prioritize the costs and what needs to be done first. This was very helpful for a single mom. I did end up having my brakes replaced as well and their pricing was fair. I highly recommend this place! Thank you Bryan and team!

Have been taking my tundra to J&T for a couple of years. Oil, tires, inspection, this an that. Always a great experience. Always complete on time.
