My check engine light started flashing right at 5:30pm - usually when most garages are already closed. When I called J&T, they said there would be no issue dropping off my car, and it was true! AAA didn’t get there for another two hours, but I was still able to drop off my car. They changed my engine coils, spark plugs, and serpentine belt all within a day. I was kept in the loop and provided a detailed report on my vehicle. It was really easy to communicate with them as they respond quickly to both calls and texts.
The prices might seem on the higher end, but you are absolutely getting your money’s worth with the service J&T provide.

My experience with J&T Automotive was nothing short of exceptional. I had taken my vehicle to two other places asking for a full inspection. The first place Reported a lot that eventually I Learned was not needed. The second place did a very light inspection and didn’t even give a report on everything, but also reported things that did not need to be done.
I shared some of the specific concerns that I thought might be wrong, but asked J&T To do a full inspection paying particular attention to three or four items that I felt might have some credibility in needing to be replaced.
Richard was amazing. He not only took the time to look at and discuss my specific concerns. After they did a full inspection that they provided with pictures and videos and detailed explanations, he took the time to explain what I really needed to get done right away and what things could be deferred and monitored.
The work was thorough as well as the inspection, but what really struck me as amazing was the level of attention I got from Richard while discussing the issues at drop off and at pick up.
And they even provided me an Uber ride home and washed my jeep thoroughly including it looks like the interior!
J&T Has won a customer for life.
