James responded promptly to our initial enquiry for help fixing a garage roof following a spell of heavy rain. The repair was quickly quoted, agreed & carried out throughly & effectively with no issues at all since. We asked him to quote for the replacement of our guttering, down pipes, soffits & fascia whilst he was here. I recently had the pleasure of hiring this roofing company, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, James and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and genuine in their approach. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure everything was well looked after during the project. We ran into some unexpected issues, James and the team handled it with but James and the team handled it with the utmost integrity. They only asked for the cost of the materials to fix the problem. We recently contracted JMS Roofing to replace our entire roof. James has been a gentleman throughout - from the initial call to the survey and carrying out the work, he and his four-man team have been exemplary. Friendly, helpful, caring and clearly knowledgeable, professional and experienced, the whole job went smoothly and with no stress. All the work was done to an extremely high standard, the team cleaned up behind themselves and we now have a roof we hopefully won't have to worry about again.

Really easy to work with, was less than a week from calling wit my issue to agreeing the work and it being done. They guys were really friendly and got the work done in a day.

Professional and competitive
JMS gave a competitive quote, were available to do the job quickly and completed the work to a good standard. The whole team were polite, friendly and respectful of our property. They communicated well with us throughout. I was concerned when it rained unexpectedly just after the work was finished but reassured when James called to say he would come the next morning to check that everything was still okay. This showed that the company take pride in their work and value their customers.
Chelmsford : only roofers who helped
If in chelmsford area, give these guys a call.. had issue with my dry verge tile being ripped off in the high winds.. most other roofers never answered my call and others couldnt even be bothered to let me know how much it would even cost. these guys rescued me, Good communication and just got it done.
I contacted James and he popped round on the same day, looked at the job and had an estimate to me the next day. We agreed the price and everything was put in motion. Everything was done as James said on time and to a high standard.
We have now agreed for some work to be carried out on a flat roof replacement.
