I can’t say enough about Joe Miller and the job he does. As I was coming up on my 65 birthday I was so weary and worried about everything to do my Medicare. I’m terrible with paperwork, documents, research and red tape never mind deciphering my way through the decisions. I got Joes contact info from a relative that used his services and told me how great he was to work with so I called. It was definitely the best decision for me because he made me feel comfortable as we discussed the correct plan for my situation. After that he researched all the different insurance companies and options and found me a great price! He’s very dedicated and thorough he’ll go out of his way to help and still responds within a few hours of me contacting him. Just want to say thank you Joe for guidance, direction and what I consider a friendship!

Joe Miller of JM Medicare Advisors did a stellar job helping me to navigate the incredibly complex tangles of medical insurance plans. First hurtle ... Advantage plan vs Medicare with a Supplement (Gap) plan. With Joe's help and tutelage about Medicare's policies such as "preexisting conditions" as well as other factors that are not exactly, "fine print" but easy to miss. Medicare with a Supplement became the wisest choice for me. Second hurtle ... Medicare Supplement's alphabet of "A" through "H" Plans. At one point I had conflicting opinions about whether I was eligible for a Plan G through a well established insurance company that I was going to choose. Two advisors said yes (one of which was the insurance company itself), Joe and another advisor said no. Joe supported my idea that I do another recheck and ... Joe was right! He saved me a lot of time and heartburn and was patient and accommodating throughout it all. I highly recommend Joe Miller as a guide through this important but difficult decision making process.
