We would thoroughly recommend JM IT Services if you have a software or hardware problem with your laptop/computer. Both my wife and I are seniors, and we had quite an old laptop which was becoming slow and needed to be upgraded to Windows 11. So we decided to purchase a new laptop, and Jason very expertly transferred all our apps and data from the old to the new seamlessly. We are so grateful to Jason for his help and expert knowledge.
I had several problems with my laptop which I was unable to clear. So I gave Jason a call who tried to help me fix it over the phone ,but this was not possible. So I took my laptop to him and he soon cleared the errors , while I waited . He was very patient which made for a pleasing trip.
Jason at jmit services was excellent ,he called back when he said he would, talked me through what he was doing with my computor.and basically fixed a problem and more , I would highly recommend his services and if needed i will use again , Not expensive either, well worth 5 star rating
