Fast and efficient! Jake was very communicative and kept me in the loop. Answered all my questions I had. Booking was very easy. They were going to be way early and even asked if that was ok and that if it wasn’t they would keep the appt as is. Who does that nowadays?! That’s awesome. I was good for earlier so it worked out for me but what customer service. They were clean, explained what they did and what to watch out for in the future. Would def recommend! Wish I could do their monthly detailing plan he offered. Pretty good deal. Ask em about it.

Friendky, professional, timely and meticulous service at incredibly reasonable rates. Within 24 hours of my initial inquiry abiut smoke odor removal my car was immacualte inside and out and made me rethink my intention to trade it in...itnwas THAT clean! Highly recommend JMAC!
