Horrible. Front desk gal was kind, but I had a follow up phone call with Gregory Wright that left me in tears. Extremely unprofessional and overpowered me with his voice. He got so offended and defensive and it could have been handled so much better. I'm not a lawyer but at least I can take a minute to step back, look at a situation and speak with people in a calm, kind and professional manner.
Very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate that they do free consultations and took the time to listen to the details of my predicament, whereas many firms I reached out to seem to gatekeep.

I used Massingill to help set up my LLC for my freelance business. I went with them because, I never have set one up before and I had so many questions and wanted help to get it set up correctly the first time around and the reviews were awesome. As well as, I wanted to work with a real human. They also, have been super helpful with answering my questions after the fact, I kept getting letters mailed to me from random business that made things sound urgent & official - they were quick to explain and let me know other things that might come in the mail.
I also, use them for my registered agent. I like the idea of having a law firm for that - and while hopefully I would never need them for that. It’s good to know they are there.
I recommend them to anyone setting up a business.

We worked with Chad on setting up a Will, a Trust and all of the accompanying documents. Chad walked us through the process, customizing everything to meet our specific needs, sent documents for review and then walked us through the processes we needed to follow up on after everything was set up. We came away with a a nice binder to keep all of our documents in, and feel comfortable and welcome to call back if there are any changes or questions in the future. It was a very good experience.
