Very happy first time client! I did an EMS treatment for the first time. Jennifer was immediately very welcoming and professional. She provided in depth information about the procedure and required checks which made me feel very safe and comfortable. She constantly checked I was happy and only increased the compression when I was ready and to suit my body type. I felt reassured that she is a qualified nurse too so I know she is well informed and certified. After extensive research on the procedure I'm glad I finally did it and chose J Luxe.

I had the most wonderful time with Jennifer. I received a hydrafacial treatment and Jennifer went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, informed and well taken care of. We had a really thorough consultation where I was able to talk about my skin concerns and receive advise, which was followed up with a fantastic facial.
