Jordan answered all my questions promptly and gave a thorough explanation of the process. I got three bids and they were all similar in price. To add, I had a neighbor that harassed me about the property line and tried to stop the work. The owner, Jake, came out to the job site immediately and handled everything. I wondered whether the on-line quote was just a way to get me in the door. Nope, that's what I ended up paying. JLS was 25% less expensive than what the big box store quoted - and for a fence using higher-quality materials. Communication was great and the crew that did the install were professional (they each shook my hand and introduced themselves) and finished 108 feet of fence, including removal of existing fence, in one day. I've already recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so.

JLS craftsman did a great job replacing the wood fence with ornamental steel fence at our place. From the first telephone call, followed by Jordan's prompt visit to discuss the project to the final walkthrough with Brandon once the fence was completed, the communication was exemplary. The bid was competitive and fair. JLS craftsman were flexible with my requests and timing of the installation. The project was complicated as they had to install the fence in-between 50 yr old brick columns with footings that extended well beyond underground, as well as part of the fence being on a retaining wall. Brandon kept me updated throughout the 3 day project. I highly recommend JLS craftsman.

Excellent service from start to finish! Jordan was very helpful in explaining the steel fence product and walking us through placement issues for the bidding process. Then the installer Alex was awesome, making sure we got the property lines and placement right. He was happy to speak with both of our neighbors who came out to check on the progress. Finally, Jake, the owner, called or texted several times to make sure we were satisfied with everything. High quality craftsmanship and service and significantly cheaper than the other bids I had from larger companies. I highly recommend using JLS for your fencing needs!
