Tate was great! We'd put in a home warranty service request for our ~9-year-old water heater, which was only providing about three minutes of hot water for showers and was making noises as it dispensed hot water. (Pro-tip: have your breaker box lock key handy if you need to have your water heater serviced!) Tate determined that one of the two heating rods had been damaged to the point of non-functionality, so he showed it to me and then replaced it with a new one. He also flushed the water heater. He was professional and easy-going, explaining each thing he was doing and why in an efficient manner. He arrived at the start of the time window they gave us for arrival and was done in about 45 minutes. And now we can take hot showers for more than three minutes! Definitely would hire J&L Plumbing again.
Luke did a great job! Replaced my garbage disposal quickly and efficiently! Made it all seem very easy!

I would recommend J&L plumbing to any body. Their employee Tate came out and fixed my toilet. Tate was very knowledgeable, respectable, and respectable and pleasant. Tate showed me what was wrong and explained why it was not working. Tate. He cleaned up the mess and took all the old parts out to his truck. It was encouraging seeing some one taking pride in their. Thank you Ryan for replacing my Garbage Disposal. I have been having issues with it since 2022. Other Companies just undrained it and then it happened again and the warranty company kept sending out the same guy from another company But Ryan replaced it on day one. Ryan is very knowledgeable about his job. Ryan took the time to check out my water heater and also checked my water pressure. J AND L , well done with sending out Ryan
J&L Plumbing and Air is exceptional. I have been working with Mason on a project that has been nothing but issues as a result of the shower part manufacturer. He has gone out of his way to do everything possible to ensure he was able to adequately fix our issue. He spent countless time and went above and beyond. He is polite, professional, and explains things in detail. I would highly recommend Mason and his company.

The plumber came to the house at 8:00 am on a Friday morning made us pay the service fee for the warranty company up front. Shut off the water from the hot water water tank and the home completely. Told the disable lady at the home that the hot water tank needed to be replace. The tank has 2020 on in for the year but was not install in the home until 2022. It has been giving us issues so we called the warranty company so that the item could be replaced The plumber went outside never came back in when we reached out to them Friday and Saturday still no one came back out to shut the water back on. No way to shower wash dishes flush toitets no nothing. Choice home warrantydid not do any thing neither and they providedthis third level company that seems to only want to steal people money and not do the job that they came out to do. I will be reporting this to the attorney generals office as well as better business bureau and to whom ever else I need to reach out to regarding this fraud.
I’ve called them four times and left messages each time. They won’t call back whatsoever so don’t bother with them if that’s the case. Waste of my time.

Paul was fantastic, very knowledgeable and honest in his work. He was able to tell me what was wrong and lay out what my options were and the reasons for each one. He replaced the water heater and such for me and everything works great. He even took the time to catch a small crack in a separate pipe for me. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending to a friend
Cody plumber came out Friday for leaking garbage disposal it was under warranty from Choice Home Warranty. It was approved for replacement but they had a 1/2 HP and ours was 3/4 HP. No issues at all when they came back out today Monday. Ruben was plumber who installed new garbage disposal work was done quick and professional.
Very happy to have J&L Plumbing tech Tate come by to repair the leak under kitchen sink. Very professional, explained what he did and he was on his way to other repairs. Thank you!!
