I just had my water heater replaced by J&L Plumbing and Air. I cant say enough good things about them. Dan and Paul were great guys and did a great job with the removal and install. They both talked to me about specifics of the job, seemed to take pride in their work, and were in and out in no time. I would definitely use them again. Thanks for getting me taken care of so quickly.
My kitchen faucet developed an ever worsening leak and I decided to replace it with a new one. I contacted my go-to J&L Plumber, Paul, and asked him to installthe newly purchased kitchen faucet. Paul arrived on time and did a great job removing the old faucet and installing the new one, all in less than an hour! I am a repeat customer and heartily recommend Paul at J&L Plumbing to take care of your plumbing needs!

I had Cody for many tasks at my home. I had him to install/ fix water heater, install water heater pressure valve, install water softener, install water filter, and fix the front house hose and piping. I am very satisfied with his service. He is very professional and knowledgeable all the time. He knows his job very well. He is very honest and helpful. I definitely recommend him.
My shower head was leaking and through my home warranty fee of $100, I was assigned J&L Plumbing with technician PAUL, who did a fabulous job! He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and skilled technician, who went on and beyond his workmanship: he added extra measures to refine the repair. I would highly recommend Paul anytime for any plumbing issues!!
I needed a couple repairs and was assigned Luke as my technician. He was courteous, knowledgeable and walked in with a smile. Filed a claim on Monday morning with Choice Home warrantee. J & L Plumbing reached out that afternoon and booked for Tuesday to repair a leak in the master shower. Dan arrived early in the time frame, which is always good. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, assessed the problem and set about to repair it. I am very happy with the service provided, and I recommend this company.
The tech showed up in ripped up jeans, knees completely ripped out, didn't even offer to put shoe covers on. He used a short snake, which did nothing, then told us he didn't have a longer snake, or equipment to investigate the cause further. He said he would call for another experienced tech who would come out with more equipment to determine the cause. He didn't even try removing the toilet to inspect it either. He left, and we never got a call saying someone else would be sent out. I called in the morning to follow up, no one was even scheduled to come back out. The representative said she needed a moment to read the notes, and then she would schedule someone, but they couldn't come back for a week, they only come to Maricopa on Wednesdays. Their company is Mesa. Thumbs down!
Our home warranty company dispatched another company, they came all the way up from Tucson same day!! He was extemely professional, he had a logo uniform shirt on, and wouldn't step foot in our home until he put slippers over his shoes. Within minutes he had the toilet off, and found root growth coming up through the hole. He used a camera to find how far down it was, and informed us of what was happening so we could move forward with the fix. This tech showed up with expertise and equipment to use in order to determine the cause. Thumbs up!
Very poor customer service and terrible experience. The technician, Tate, took a few photos of the faucet parts, stayed barely two minutes, and disappeared without returning or providing any update. This company shows zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero respect for customers' time or money. Letting them into your home is a mistake -- they take your payment and deliver nothing. Avoid this company at all costs.

Update review for Luke, three years later and needed J&L services again. Luke did an excellent job of clearing a very stubborn and tough stoppage in our drain. He's coming out now to replace our water pressure regulator. Luke is an excellent plumber and provides awesome customer service as well. Always on time, accountable and leaves area clean when done. Doesn't get any better, He's the best!
