Kevin Hemphill, Andrew Baker, Justin and Johnny were all amazing, polite, answer question If I had any or explained things I needed to know very respectful 100%. P.s. most knowledgeable and reliable group of guys and company I have ever delt with, you wont go wrong if you have them do you work.

Isaac a came on Friday and explained that the carbon monoxide was feeding back into the house and we needed a new hot water heater with a blower on top to draw the fumes out of the tank and outsideHe said he would try to get a new tank on Saturday he did call me Saturday morning and said he was going down to Ohio to pick up a tank and would be here in two hours and he did arrive in two hours along with Phil and they went too work they were very efficient and completed the job in record time and left everything very neat and clean they were very polite and kept me informed from Iscca arrival on Friday to completion on Saturday I would highly recommend J&K to anyone looking for heating and plumbing service and would definitely ask for Iscca and Phil they were great and very efficient

I’ve always said a company is only as good as the employees who represent it, and J&K is a great company. John diagnosed my old unit, Chris educated me on the new choices, and Jordan and Derek installed my new unit. I’m extremely pleased with the professionalism and workmanship of these gentleman. Had a routine checkup and maintenance performed on my AC unit to make sure it was ready for the summer. The tech who came out, John Blackmore, did an excellent job and was very personable. Vibes were absolutely off the charts. I use J&K for all my HVAC needs, highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience with J&K heating and cooling. From the initial visit from Isaiah 😊who was professional and thorough when giving us an estimate to replace our ancient A/C unit to Justin 😄 who installed the unit. Justin worked quickly and had everything up and running in 6 hours. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable. I also want to give a thumbs up to everyone that answered the phone l, they were also knowledgeable and friendly. Overall it was an awesome experience. 😄😄😄😄👍👍👍

My furnace went out and called multiple companies after hours. They were the only ones who answered my call. I was advised as to what to do without them coming out. Justin called the next morning bright and early to check in and see if I needed them to come out. They came out that day and advised me what I needed to do. My 25 year old unit had a bad secondary heater exchange. They gave me options on fixing or getting a new furnace. They didnt try to upsell me on anything that wasnt needed but would quote me on anything for peace of mind. They were very competitive on price and showed incredible customer service. I have a little one in the house and they made space in the schedule to get me in asap. Derek and Jordan's install was very professional. They didnt make any unnecessary noise. Didnt even wake my kid from their nap. I will definitely be recommending them in the future. Trust me when I say their customer service is incredible and they treat you as a priority.

Called JK and had same day estimate! Chris arrived and gave a fair price that beat others in the area. Next day, Phil arrived to install and he was curious and very informative. He did a great job explaining what he did. His clean-up was like he was never there. Thank you Jk for an overall great experience.

The furnace malfunctioned on a cold day, and while it was possible to repair it, the expense would have been too high for a 25-year-old unit. Therefore, I decided to replace it and was pleased with the exceptional service provided by Johnny, Jorden and Derek. I been a customer for over 25 years.

Up date: we ended up having to get a new furnace! We talked to Justin G and he was able to get a quote on a new furnace with a great payment option for our financial situation. The 2 guys who came out to install it (sorry didn't get their names) did a phenomenal job. They got here around 8:30am and got done and cleaned up ar 2:30pm. We couldn't be happier with the customer service that was provided. We had an issue with another company and we ended up calling J&K and they sent Kevin H. He was great! He arrived within an hour of calling, he was helpful and knowledgeable and communicated with us and was very professional. He saved us from freezing! 😊👍 Thanks Kevin, Justin G and the 2 installation guys.

Cindy took my call and coordinated services with the kindness of a saint. Chris coordinated the team and billing and was a rock when I was in tears. Justin somehow got my boiler to give a little heat until the replacement could happen. Kevin, Andres, and Earmel worked their tails off to replace a complicated boiler system. This is the best place to work with when the unexpected happens. Their hard work and kindness is appreciated more than they know. They were amazing and if I could give them ten stars I would.

These guys did an excellent job , fast and professional, had everything in the very next day. Got the entire furnace replaced, back up to a toasty 69°. Chris the salesman came out on Tuesday morning went over all of my options and walked me through the process, gave me the options and did not push anything on me, just went over the prices, and the different sizes of furnaces and allowed me to get the furnace I wanted. It came in later on Tuesday evening, and Jordan and Derek Ridner came out and installed the furnace in about 8 hours, they were very respectful and even explained everything the were going to do and did exactly as they said they would. The took the old furnace away and cleaned up every bit of their mess and even a little bit of mine. Thank you guys for making or problem solved in a hurry.
