Worse shopping site- warning! Very frustrating shopping experience because their customer services never respond or they will get back to you 3 days after and tell you to continue to wait! I’m not sure if they are legit site to shop. Be careful with purchase!

This website is a scam I placed my order, 2 months ago, but the item has not been sent. I kept emailing them, and they replied once saying it will be sent soon. That was over a month ago and they are now ignoring all emails that I have sent. I finally got tired of waiting and sent an email to request a refund, but they ignored me and said it was going to be sent out soon. Now, I emailed them ahain for another time asking for a refund and they just dont reply anymore. I have purchased clothes here before so I thought this site was safe, but seems more like a scam now. I do not recommend purchasing from here.

Don't Buy for J.ING I purchased a jacket from J.ING and it never delivered. I tried emailing them 3 times and no one has responded. Keep your money...this company does not know how to behave like a professional company accountable to customers after taking their money.

BAD customer service I ordered a dress and paid $29 for expedited shipping. More than a week later, I've gotten no response as to when this will ship. I've emailed their customer service 3 times. I asked to please be refunded for the expedited shipping since the item has not even been prepared to ship yet more than a week later. NEVER AGAIN
