Scott was absolutely integral in getting us through our new construction build on land we purchased. He advocated for us every step of the way and even after we closed. It was a very stressful experience but they had our best interest at heart! When it came time to sell our current home it couldn’t have gone better. They helped us prepare 7 months in advance by taking the outdoor pictures of our property at its prime which benefited us during a February listing. We got above asking with their expertise advice.
