Lady that helped me was short verbally, appeared stressed and did not let me use my coupon which is why I went there. They also did not reset my oil life button.

Joe was incredibly efficient and kind! I’m always worried about being ripped off because I’m a woman going by myself but not only did he help me find a better coupon than the one I found but he gave a coupon for a basically free oil change to gift to a family member or friend! I will be returning to this location when it’s time another oil change.

The assistant manager was arguing with another employee why I was there. She look upset I pulled in for an oil change. My truck was spotless clean. They wash my clean windows and leave water marks all over the side of the clean truck. Then they leave oil finger print marks all over the side and front of my truck. $150 Later for an oil change they give me a free oil change ticket. I bring my wife's car in the next day and the same lady that gave me the FREE oil change slip says you know it's not free right? Now she says it doesn't cover ship fees, taxes and anything over 5 quarts. $30 later I leave. It used to only cost $30 to change the oil without a FREE oil change slip.
