Jenny was so easy to work with, and was really helpful in every step and aspect of choosing a memorial for mum. From the design to the wording, which materials were most suitable, and the whole procedure from quotation to installation, Jenny and the team took care of all the details easily and efficiently, taking the strain out of what we thought would be a long and drawn out affair. Her communication and messages were very prompt and informative, and we now have an absolutely beautiful memorial in place for mum. The whole process from start to finish didn't take too long either. All in all, a very pleasing end to a sad time, and we now have something special to help remember mum when the family go to visit her spot. Our family is really pleased with the final product, and we would not hesitate to recommend Jenny and all the team at JF Stoneworks for a quality product and service. Well done and thank you!

From the templating right through to installation I have been looked after. Jenny and the team at JF Stonework are fantastic. We've used them on a couple of occasions now and not only are they competitively priced in the market but the service you receive is great. Our latest project is a first floor flat with a tricky external staircase but the team managed it no problem getting all worktops in and in one piece as well (The last thing we wanted was cuts and seams in the stone). A huge thank you to everyone at JF stonework and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

We used jfstoneworks to create a headstone for my mum. As my dad had died 20+ years ago and used a different stonemasons, we were concerned that the headstones would not match. We need not have worried - with the help of Jenny, who had so much patience, talking us through everything, changing things when we asked, adding to my dads stone as well - we ended up with two headstones that were identical in colour, matching writings etc. I can honestly say that the headstones far exceeded our expectations in every way possible. GREAT WORKMANSHIP AT A GOOD PRICE I moved in to a modern bungalow 2 years ago and all that time I have been searching for a reliable, well-priced stonemason to replace my tired old kitchen countertops. After consulting but rejecting two other companies, I found J F Stonewors, attracted by their highly favourable customer reviews. Third time's the charm! Thanks to Jenny's expert help and guidance, and the skill and craftsmanship of her team of fitters, I now have an impeccably cut and installed set of quartz countertops, all at a very competitive price. On my inital visit to their site, Jenny took me through my various options, arranged to have three quartz samples sent, and used my rough diagram and measurements as the basis for her detailed cost estimates a few days later. Though she offered me quite a swift schedule for the work, she kindly agreed to stretch it out to allow me more time to prepare the kitchen walls myself. At every stage, I was tactfully persuaded out of my stupider suggestions and steered to better choices. I was particularly impressed by the fitters going the extra mile to propose an additional length of upstand, which they later cut on the spot, that unarguably improved the look of the layout in one tricky corner. In contrast to competitors I had approached, the process and communications were clear and reassuring at every stage - a vital consideration when spending thousands with any company for the first time. Jenny has a lot on her plate, though, so be prepared to leave messages for her rather than always speak directly. She can be relied on to get back to you as soon as she is free. A company of the highest standards and workmanship. Commission with confidence! You won't regret it.
