My experience working with Barrett Johnson at JF Property Group was absolutely wonderful ! My husband and I interviewed two other realtors from two major competing companies before meeting Barrett. Within a very short time of meeting him we knew that he was the right person to market and sell our home. Barrett is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the real estate industry. He was able to get us an acceptable offer within a very short amount of time. When a few 'glitches' popped up, he handled them very quickly and kept things on track to a quick and smooth closing. I explored every possible option for selling my home while trying to come out ahead, even though it needed some repairs. I spoke with multiple realtors, investors, and cash buyers, but none of them felt truly genuine. That changed when I connected with Barrett. From the moment he came to my home, he treated me with respect—never once talking down to me. He was transparent, honest, and straightforward throughout the entire process. To be honest, I didn’t think I could trust a realtor to put someone else’s best interests ahead of their own. Barrett completely changed that perspective for me. He is truly one of a kind—genuine, supportive, and willing to go above and beyond. He even offered to review any offers or contracts I received to make sure I wasn’t taken advantage of. If I ever buy another home, I will absolutely work with him again. And if anyone asks me for a realtor recommendation, he will be the first person I suggest. I know this review may sound over the top, but it’s rare to find someone these days who genuinely puts others first. Barrett did exactly that for me, even when there was no financial benefit for him.

AJ White is a wonderful realtor. He helped us sell our home and find a new one. He was very knowledgeable about the process, responded to our calls immediately, had many resources, such as a home inspector, loan officer and even a handyman that did some work to the home we were selling. He really made the process as painless as possible. If you are looking to sell or buy a home AJ White is your guy.
