My car was detailed on 6/7 but the roof of my civic still had faded areas.After some confusion on what the end result would be ,they did the best they could with these. The detail otherwise was terrific and they refunded me part of the cost which was more than fair.

Excellent customer service effort The car detailing service was done well overall, but there was some confusion about how much could be done to fix the faded spots. I appreciated that they refunded part of the cost, which was more than fair. This showed great customer care and a willingness to make things right.
