I have engaged Philip leading Team 1 on 2 separate occasions to conduct chemical cleaning on different units of air con in my apartment. I find they are very efficient clean and tidy and they did a great job. The price is very value for money and I would highly recommend Philip and his Team 1. Would definitely engage them for future jobs again.

Good services and also provide good solutions when servicing my air-con. I wanted them to do a jet spray, but upon inspecting, my air-con is too dusty for jet spray and did a chemical wash instead. They also check my compressor and realised it needs washing and now my air-con is back to once newly installed.

I recently had an awesome experience with this friendly young man of Team 5, ah How and Kang when they came to clean my aircon units. They did a chemical wash on two of them and a normal wash on the other two. These guys were super detailed and made sure every part of the units was spotless.
What really impressed me was their professionalism and thoughtfulness. They mopped up all the wet areas after washing, so there was no mess at all.

Avoid Jetstyle Aircon. They sent two technicians who charged $120 for gas filling and a part replacement. The aircon stopped working the next day. For over a week, they haven’t responded to calls or sent a technician. When one finally came, he asked for another $90 for coil repair. These scammers will keep charging you without fixing the issue. Choose a more reliable service.
Bad experience
I purchased JetStyle's service two months ago to fix my aircon that was leaking water. And now, only two months later, my bed is filled with a waterfall from the aircon, and I had to place a plastic box to preserve the night. I'll add some images to back this up. More, it costs me 430 bucks!!!
Chem wash overhaul for 2 units 270$
Chem wash is routine and effective with the jet washer. Normal.
Jet wash Condenser unit for 2 units 180$
DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE, A RIP-OFF
Jet wash condenser unit include spraying water externally on Condenser unit coil only. Does not clean insides at all, does not even clean the fins properly too.
Usually at this price one would expect them to open the top shell and clean the inner fan coil and the fan properly with chem, which was the case with the other companies.
Contacted the CSO, who sent me a video of them cleaning the condenser unit which within first 5 sec shows them opening the condenser unit and hosing the unit with the water jet properly;
Which they didn't do. (False advertisement)
NGL feels bad watching them spray water on the exterior for 180$ which the rain or we could do ourselves easily. Wouldn't recommend their service for the external unit.
Technician: 1 experienced 1 newbie (ojt) everyone needs to start somewhere the experienced one is good at guiding the baby chick around. Added a star only because the exp tech stopped the new guy from messing up bad.
Edit: they didn't put out towels when dismantling the unit, water pooled all over the parquet flooring causing a mess and water logged parquet.
Edit: CSO kept deflecting saying that the tech has followed the company best practice and cleaned it properly. When confronted on the terrible job the tech did on the condenser unit with photos of dirty condenser coil and chunk of dirt pooling in the condenser unit /fan and damaged fin coil which were posted here; Questionable best practices of claiming the customer doesn't know better and the company is right till the end.
