Chem wash overhaul for 2 units 270$ Chem wash is routine and effective with the jet washer. Normal. Jet wash Condenser unit for 2 units 180$ DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE, A RIP-OFF Jet wash condenser unit include spraying water externally on Condenser unit coil only. Does not clean insides at all, does not even clean the fins properly too. Usually at this price one would expect them to open the top shell and clean the inner fan coil and the fan properly with chem, which was the case with the other companies. Contacted the CSO, who sent me a video of them cleaning the condenser unit which within first 5 sec shows them opening the condenser unit and hosing the unit with the water jet properly; Which they didn't do. (False advertisement) NGL feels bad watching them spray water on the exterior for 180$ which the rain or we could do ourselves easily. Wouldn't recommend their service for the external unit. Technician: 1 experienced 1 newbie (ojt) everyone needs to start somewhere the experienced one is good at guiding the baby chick around. Added a star only because the exp tech stopped the new guy from messing up bad. Edit: they didn't put out towels when dismantling the unit, water pooled all over the parquet flooring causing a mess and water logged parquet. Edit: CSO kept deflecting saying that the tech has followed the company best practice and cleaned it properly. When confronted on the terrible job the tech did on the condenser unit with photos of dirty condenser coil and chunk of dirt pooling in the condenser unit /fan and damaged fin coil which were posted here; Questionable best practices of claiming the customer doesn't know better and the company is right till the end.

I'm very happy and satisfied with the team of INSTALLER in my house. I brought 2 sets mitsubishi starmax system 2 for replacement. So wonder they provided big plastic sheet to cover up all the affect furniture and clean up the area after finishing the installation. Installation was done very systematic and neatly done. If u need to install any aircon this is the right company u should choose without regret. Price is not say the cheapest but definitely is not the highest I should say reasonable. 5 STAR. *****.

COMPLIMENT. 5 star. DEAL WITH CONFIDENCE. I’m a very picky customer but yet jetstyle provided me with more than satisfactory service. Basically, there will go the extra mile for you and take care of you. This is the type of company u will want to engage. 1) Customer service: we usually WhatsApp but as it’s my first interaction with a company that uses jetwash, I naturally will have lots of question and the person, not sure who was over the WhatsApp, answered all my queries very patiently (it was sat 1pm). So, I have them to service my 5 aircon with chemical. However, after the service, I had little issue with 1 of the aircon in my baby room. The reason why I say deal with confidence is they honour the warranty. 2) and this is when the operational team, Ah Hao from team 5, I think, came. I told them that I have a baby and was little concern over some issues. Ah Hao was very nice to go the extra mile, which took more time and effort to resolve and assure me. He is there to explain and etc. they really took the effort to resolve do everything nice nice instead of going the easy way out. And that is why I mention deal with confidence, because when issues arise they are here for you. Very good. Well done! I approve!

One of the best aircon chemical overhaul services. The technicians are well trained and their quality of work is acceptable. I want to feedback about price, considered a bit expensive. But value for money.

Five air cons units were serviced recently.Team 3 led by Wen Hao is skillful to dismentle & to assemble our old units for vaccum suctions. Henry coordinated well to clean all filters fast. He also tried to wipe away driping waters onto our carpets & floors. A job well done & on time too. Will engage Jetstyle svc again.
