I just came back from a visit. Everything went well, not a single complaint. I have super high praise. The level of kindness and reliability is outstanding. The way Body Art took care of me should be the diamond standard for healthcare. Coordinators Karla and Hilda, Dr Irving, Nurse Ivan, drivers, everyone and everything was perfect. The recovery house was absolutely lovely. Felt comfortable. Nurses were so patient and kind. I am forever grateful to have had this beautiful experience and to have met everyone. If I ever need anything else I know can count on them to be nothing short of amazing.

The whole process was informed, practical and nerve soothing. Talking to Karla in thr beginning and her giving me all the information and calming my mind. I had an exceptional experience with my bariatric surgery. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. I can’t say enough great things about this whole experience! From the start, Karla was here for me every step of the way! She explained things thoroughly and explained the science behind the surgery and why the preop diets and postop diets are what they are. She is very knowledgeable and very experienced. She has been with me from day one! She continues to check on me still. Dr. Guerrero and his medical team were amazing! They took great care of me! He is the kindest and most caring doctor! I had gastric sleeve surgery July 1, 2024. I started at 200 lbs and I am now 132 lbs. Only 15 more lbs to go. I'm feeling great! The process from paperwork to the flight back home was painless, easy and very well organized. Karla was very instrumental in making the process go so smoothly. She was so caring and worked very well with my schedule. The hospital, doctor, staff and dietician were all very caring as well as very informative.I give all of them 5 stars and I highly recommend Jet Medical Tourism. Thank you Karla! ❤️

I had a wonderful experience with Jet Medical Tourism. I was picked up from the airport, the ride was like 35 minutes from the hospital. I arrived at the hospital and the staff checked me in quickly did the recommended testing and I was going in back for my surgery two hours after I arrived. I woke from the surgery in no pain. The doctors were very thorough and kind. Everyone made sure you were comfortable, 5 tier treatment. After the hospital stay you are transported to the hotel; which was nice, they have your meal list available which consists of broth, water jello and popsicle. That was nice. The driver came and transported us back to the airport. I had a very wonderful experience. Thank you, Dr Guerrero and team! And my wonderful patient coordinator Karla ❤️

I got my gastric sleeve done on 11/7/24. Karla my patient coordinator was very help from the start. She made the process easy and any questions I had she answered or found the answer for me. When getting to the hospital the staff were very welcoming. Dr. Guerrero and his staff were all very friendly and sweet. He explained what was going to happen and checked on me frequently after to make sure I was recovering well. I would recommend anyone who wants to get this procedure or the bypass to use Jet Medical Tourism and their wonderful team.

I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I would suggest having a translator app as some of the staff doesn't speak English. I have lost 14lbs in less than two weeks. The recommended vitamins have given me so much energy. I would definitely recommend Jet Medical Tourism to anybody looking for gastric surgery.

Just to be very honest, I have been dealing with Karla, the patient coordinator for the past 2 years, not only is she kind and caring, but she really takes her time to answer questions and makes you feel very much at ease. I was a nervous wreck during my pre op for gastric sleeve and my mommy makeover and every time she was right the to answer my question and put my mind at so much ease. The doctor, hospital and staff are the sweetest I have ever came in contact with. My life has been changed so much. I have absolutely no regrets and I’m so thankful for all them

I had the gastric sleeve procedure in February of 2024 at Jet Medical in Tijuana. I was a little apprehensive at first, but heard great reviews from other who had it done.
I can't say enough good things about the staff. Karla was kind and helpful from the beginning. Dr Guerrero didn't complete my surgery and forget about me when I got on the plane home. He followed up on my case consistently!
I'm almost 6 months post op, and down almost 70lbs. I just spoke with the surgeon today. The team genuinely cares about patients and works hard to coordinate your care with doctors in the US.
I love the Jet Medical group and will return for all my medical tourism needs! I trust them.
