Jet Agency Reviews

I'd been circling the idea of a jet membership for probably five years always finding reasons to delay. Finally walked into the Naples gallery and Christian spent a solid hour walking us through options without that pushy sales vibe you dread. Took my inaugural flight last month and now I'm basically a walking billboard for these guys. Should've done this years ago instead of wasting time in those TSA lines.

I've chartered with a few different companies over the years and Jet Agencys aircraft really stand out. They feel newer and better maintained than what I’ve experienced elsewhere. The interiors are clean, the seats are comfortable, and everything works like it should. Last flight I noticed they even had noise canceling headphones ready at my seat which was a nice touch since I mentioned I needed to work during the flight. The crew was professional but friendly and the catering was solid. Used some flight credits for that and it covered most of the cost. Overall a great experience and I'm glad we made the switch.

Made our anniversary trip special My husband surprised me with a weekend getaway and Jet Agency handled all the details. From the black SUV waiting outside to the wonderful onboard catering, everything felt effortless and just great. The crew was attentive without being annoying. First time using a membership service and now I get why people love this.

Very good experience. I had the opportunity to come in for some information as a French student looking for an internship, and Andrew T provided me with clear and precise guidance. He took the time to answer all my questions and even advised me on the best people to contact. His professionalism and knowledge helped me understand all aspects of the sector. I sincerely recommend working with him.

I had a great experience with Jet Agency. From the start, Andrew T was extremely helpful and kind. He took the time to thoroughly explain the program in a way that was clear and easy to understand, answering all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. His professionalism and genuine willingness to help really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and patient, and Andrew truly made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend working with him if you’re considering their program!
