I was told one thing and then another. Kevin only responds to peoples reviews when they are bad so I am voicing that this place sucks and I would recommend you never hire them. They do not honor their word. Kevin promised one thing and then yelled at me and told me to stop call ing his girl "Melissa" and to only deal with him. After being yelled at, I chose not to deal with him as he does not know how to treat people.
Tree Removal
I would highly recommend Kevin and his crew! Kevin came and gave us his honest opinion of our trees, without pressuring us to move forward with cutting anything down. He was honest and provided us with an extremely fair price, especially for all the large trees he had to take down and stumps they grinded. His crew was very precise and cleaned up everything after they left. Communication with Kevin has been great!
Poor Professionalism
So i hired Kevin and his team to cut some trees down. I would not recommend him. His team is unprofessional. They acted like they owned the place and drove their machines on surfaces not made to handle that weight and equipment. He actually damaged my front walkway, and has not made me whole. He keeps dodging my texts and never returns calls - why would he, he got paid. During the process of cutting the tree, they actually damaged some of my neighboring arborvitae trees. He promised he would be careful and tie it back to avoid damages, that didn't happen. After the job was done, I had to inspect things, and they left me tons to cleanup after the mess they made. I asked them to clean some of the heavy items, and his workers were not happy. They just insisted I pay them already, and then he counted the money in front of me, like a drug dealer. Bottom line is these guys can't be trusted to perform on a professional manner and treat its customers with respect. I have given Kevin more than 5 months to make me whole on the damages, and sent over 20 texts. His word is worthless. I should have read the other reviews before I hired and paid him. Find a better professional. They are out there.
Tree limb removal
I have had Jersey Tree Care to service my trees on my property 3 times and they have been beyond professional and expert in their skill! Marc responds to each call in a very timely fashion, makes a personal visit to view work to be done and agree on extent of work. I have recommended Jersey Tree Care to my neighbors. In addition to this latest service of tree limb removal, at my request and approval by neighbors, they also removed 2 dead trees on my side and rear neighbor's property. There is no other tree service that compares to their skill and price!
Marc came with his guys and cut trees and trimmed everything like we wanted. Super nice job. However their Spyder or other machine leaked hydraulic fluid all over the driveway. Kevin and Marc responded a couple times and said they would take care of it.The driveway was freshly paved last year. Since they haven't corrected the mess Im leaving the time stamped evidence so future customers know what they are dealing with. A lack of follow up to fix issues they created

This is Kevin the owner. As you stated our machine leaked fluid all over the place that’s absolutely not true. There’s a bunch of drops that the machine leaks I do agree. I did explain to you I would take care of that and get that cleaned up. I apologize for the delay and it’s taking me a little bit to get that taken care of. Also however you make zero mention of how good the tree work was. You’re just being negative about something that had a small pinhole in it and left spots on the driveway.. Keep in mind the driveways for driving on and utilization for access your cars as well. Driveways do get marks and stains on them as well. However I will take care of that in the following 10 days and get that cleaned up. If you’re gonna leave a review please leave an appropriate review on both ends.
We hired Jersey Tree Care to remove 3 trees and stumps in our yard. Working with Kevin Doyle was great! He came and gave a competitive estimate. We immediately gave him the go ahead. He was able to get the permits within a few hours and then take down the trees within the same days. Would hire them again!

It was such a positive experience working with Jersey Tree Care! It started as soon as they reached out to me in response to a request for a quote. They asked for a picture of the area and stumps that needed the work and in 5 minutes I had my quote. (I had another outfit come out to my house 10 days ago to look at the work and I'm still waiting for their estimate.) Then, I took a chance and asked how soon they could come out and do the work, fully expecting it to be at least a week. JTC said they could make it out to my place the same day if that worked for me. I couldn't believe it. I was in contact with JTC throughout the day regarding various issues and questions about this work and the responsiveness was incredible. The worker showed up at my house slightly earlier than I expected, which was fine with me, and got right down to work. He was quick and efficient and seemed to be taking every safety precaution the job required.
I know it wasn't the biggest or most difficult of jobs for JTC, but I will tell you this. Based on this experience - call it a test case if you will - I will be sure to use them for some other work I need done.

Tree Removal
May 10th 2022 I spoke with John who came out to the house to assess the tree we discussed during our telephone conversation. We agreed on a price as well as a date and time. On May 11th at 8:30am John arrived with his crew, they moved garbage cans & grill out of way to prevent them from getting damage from the falling branches. Then proceeded to cut down the trees. If I ever need another tree cut down Jersey Tree Care will be my first call. Service was fast, they cleaned up entire area when job was completed.
This Company is one of the kind. I was dealing with John Magliaro who is a super honest, kind, and a true professional.
I think this company runs its business based on a trust. They never asked me for any advanced payment. They came on time and did an amazing job and at the end I paid.
Kevin, the owner of the company, hands down. He came and spent hours at my location to make sure everything is done right.
Finally, I don't have enough words to thank Ms. Alyssa Maiorana the office manager for her help and professionalism.
