Don't ever go here. They wasted my time, took all my personal information, only for me to show up there at the time of appointment and tell me I have to be self pay. The staff didn't check anything ahead of time, they were not proactive. Wasted my time, and made me fill out 5 different forms. I checked with my insurance ahead of time as well, that they participate. Only to find out on the day of my appointment, they wanted me to pay everything in Full and then take the claim to my insurance. Also took my $50 just to be part of the program, that I can't join now. Disappointment, very pathetic. Don't ever go to this place.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER PATIENTS. ALL THEY WANT IS TO COLLECT MONEY. They will find every way to charge you a fee and then blame insurance. They are committing insurance fraud! They will file claims with different billing codes each visit despite the appointment being the same and less than a 10 minute appointment. The doctor comes to see you for about 1-2 minutes and yet they will still charge you for various things. They made me pay $25 for simply stepping on a scale plus the $20 charge for the office visit. to check your weight at a weight loss medical practice, they will charge you $25! RIDICULOUS.

If you are seeking a compassionate caring doctor, THIS IS NOT THE DOCTOR FOR YOU! The only 1 person in this office that is caring and kind is Renu at the reception desk. I’ve been seeing this doctor since August. Last month the woman who handles billing tells me at my appointment that my insurance did not cover the “scale” fee. I was confused as stepping on a scale should be a part of the office visit that I also already pay for. So they back charged me $25 for stepping on a scale plus the cost of the office visit for each appointment. So I paid for all appointments an additional $25. I was so turned off and decided I would not return. The doctor put me on wegovy and I took it for two months and paid out of pocket $650/month because even though I paid $15 for the prior authorization to be filed through their office, my insurance denied wegovy. I gained almost 12 pounds on this medication. So I sucked it up and even though my gut said not to return to the office out of desperation to lose this newly gained weight I made another appointment with this office. The day of the appointment comes and 30 mins before said appointment the lady in billing calls me and says that my insurance denied my last visit from October. Its now December and she’s telling me this 30 mins before I come in. I ask her why and she said they used a different billing code. I asked why and she insisted that the doctor puts the code based on the visit. Every single visit is the same. In fact the last visit that she’s referring to the doctor called me virtually while in her office and spent two minutes on the phone with me. So they basically try to squeeze insurance companies for whatever pennies they can get at the cost of their desperate patients. This doctor and her billing employee are the WORST. UNETHICAL. Do NOT care about their patients. And MONEY HUNGRY!! Stay away. You are better off going to your PCP and trying to lose weight that way! She should be in the business to help her patients. Instead she’s trying every loophole to see how she can scam you or your insurance company out of more money. I’ll be filing every complaint possible at this point because her office is conducting INSURANCE FRAUD!

We use the standard medical billing codes and it is a shame that the many insurance companies do not cover the medical services that the patients need. The ladies that work here can be sweet, however the office policies are awful. They call you the day before during a work day and leave a message expecting you to be able to handle everything in such a short time frame. Once you call, they have an attitude like it’s your fault they notified you so late. Then they want to charge you for everything. The fees are out of control! Be careful here. You may lose weight but you will also lose money, time, and energy dealing with them when they yell at you over the phone. Good riddance!

Others in the reviews have mentioned this. I do not recommend this medical professional. The quality of care is sub par at best. I am ver concerned there may be some level of fraud. There is a lack of empathy and oversight to patients health and safety. The equipment they are using is suspicious. Initially I was suggested to takes B vitamins and get an additional vitamin injection. When I called the Manufacturer they said the injections were not being used as prescribed. I refused the $50 per visit injections. I was prescribed phentermine and topomax and at my appointment my heart was above 100. When I was starting to have heart issues the dr had no guidance. There was no discussion. Unless you are willing to pay out of pocket for the injectables, or your insurance covers it. She doesn’t want to see you. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
