Beware of this business in Pineville, LA!!!! Jeremy’s ATV & Motorcycle Repair/Sales, Hwy 28E, Pineville, LA If I could give a Zero stars I would. Please be careful as their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We’ve been trying to speak to Jeremy and have place numerous calls and left numerous messages for him to call us back. He is family to my wife and if he treats family this way, what’s he going to do to the general population? He picked up both four wheelers had them for several months and finally when we kept calling he finally responded. Called us later and said both were ready and delivered them back both started and wife and I rode them around the neighborhood. Next time the would not start again. Jeremy said it was because of batteries and came back and put in the batteries and they started and after riding a couple times mine quit running started calling and then wife’s quit running again. We have called & called and left many messages both voice mail and with his wife with absolutely no return calls. We are through trying any further and will find someone else to fix the problem (s). Is that any way to treat families, nope I don’t think so!!! Think about that!! I do not recommend this business at all for any kind of business. Just beware of this business!

I don’t think I have ever received better customer service from any other COMPANY (restaurant, entertainment, grocery store, etc..) than that of this place here. I received phone calls with updates, fair prices, and a friendly welcoming environment. They made me feel like family there! If I could give them 100 stars I would. DO NOT GO ANY WHERE ELSE!

Great place to get what you need

As a fellow business owner I was impressed by Jeremy's professionalism and dedication to service. I had to drop in and get some sublet work done that he had the means to do that I'm not currently set up to do just yet. So I stopped in to do some business at what I knew as Dannie Davis Classic Cycle Shop. As I walked up I noticed the change and entered the business with an open mind. I was promptly greeted, services were performed, and then out the door in a flash. During my visit he exemplified what you look for in a bike shop. Friendly, courteous, and service oriented. Then when I cashed out I was very pleased with the price point. During our conversation we discussed myself also running a shop roughly 60 miles away and he never strayed from his friendly and courteous attitude. I was very impressed and he will have all of my sublet work from here on out. And I'll gladly drive further than normal just to do business with Jeremy again.

Amazing service from Jeremy, I have went in many times just to ask questions regarding motorcycles since I'm a new rider, and I never felt like I was a bother You feel like you matter here, and they do all they can to help you, and they don't try to extort you for more money, fair prices on everything
