Dr. Jenson is very friendly and always makes me feel comfortable. He did a great job saving a tooth I was expecting to be extracted. He suggested follow up appointments to fix other issues. I have been seeing Dr. Jenson for a little over a year.
I hadn’t seen a dentist in several years and my teeth and gums were really bad.
Dr. Jenson and his staff have worked hard to help bring my teeth and gums back to a healthy place.
Having dental insurance has been a big help and their office staff is great to work with on payment arrangements.
It is a bit of a drive from Ogden but worth it.
I've seen Dr. Jenson for almost half my life and he used to be good. But I think the job is starting to wear him down and he's getting a sour attitude about it as well as starting to become clumsy with his work. He's messed up on both my parents teeth and made an extremely unforgivable mistake on my teeth. First of all, don't ever let him recommend wisdom teeth doctors to you. That killed the nerves on half my face.
Anyway, I went in to get a cavity filled and Dr. Jenson completely BOTCHED it! He somehow hit and damaged the nerve above that tooth that left me in extreme mouth pain for 5 days. Be then said that I don't need the tooth pulled, just a root canal (cash grab). I go to a new dentist for a second opinion and the dentist took one look at my tooth and said it needed to be pulled right now! A root canal would do nothing but put me in more pain. And at the new dentist, it made me realize just how unfriendly and uncaring Dr. Jenson is.
So thank you doctor Jenson for recommending someone to destroy half my mouth, and then you destroying the other half of my mouth.
Doctor Jensons' Hygienist today definitely performed patient care in a manner above excellent. I have found this same high quality of work and excellent patient care by Dr. Jenson and his staff who have performed dental work or maintains patient records. Doctor Jenson is excellent, and he has an excellent staff.
Staff was amazing! Very welcoming, the dental assistant was so friendly and very professional! Dr Jensen always makes me feel like I am important and is very so fun to visit with! They acknowledged my birthday it was simply amazing! I’m a life time patient there! The staff is full of smiles and very helpful with billing and insurance. They are very attentive and want to make it the best experience ever! I will not go anywhere else!

Dr Jensen is one of the best dentists ive seen. The problem is with Kayli, balance billing me , charging for an emergency visit whn it wasnt an emergency, according to the law emergency is considered seen within 2, 3 days at the latest. I have the call log on my phone April 29th i called they seen me on May 5th. Thats not considered an emergency, but tried to bill my insurance as one, then refused to rebill it when they told her she billed it incorrectly, to use the correct codes. I will be filing a complaint with CMS regarding balance billing n a false claim for an emergency visit whn it wasnt an emergency from the beginning. Arrogance over knowledge isnt a good look.
