I successfully bought my home in Bunbury WA (in January 2025) through the professional services of JPS. Ben Jenkin was willing to help with hunting down a residential property in either Mandurah or Bunbury. I was based in Canberra â so in-person personal inspections was not an option for me. Ben acted as my eyes (and legs), taking on-site videos of the property I was interested in, and compiled additional information concerning the neighbourhood it was located in. His professionalism extended to scouting the property, negotiations, organising the conveyancing firm, the structural & pest inspection report, and doing the final inspection prior to settlement. Ben was pro-active, responsible & reliable. I could not have done my interstate home purchase without his help. Having studied the Bunbury/ Mandurah real estate market for over 1.5 years, I knew from my discussions with him that he was talking the truth, with a very realistic approach as to what type of properties that were procurable within my price range. Before I got in contact with Ben, I had been looking for a house for over a year. It was only when he began working with me that I was able to buy a house after only a few weeks.
