She promised that my website would be visible and get results. Not one hit in 6 months even after paying extra for SEO! Don't trust her. Biggest waste of money ever... Then shutting down the website to stop the fees is a nightmare.
Tracie-As I explained to you multiple times, no website ranks to the top of Google without doing some work to get it there. You paid for a 5 page website, and the one time, basic SEO which is the baseline for any website SEO strategy, but it does NOT mean that you will soar to page one, which I explained to you several times. Also-your website DID get traffic, and I can see that from both Google Analytics and Google Search Console-both of which you have access to. HR consulting is extremely competitive, and ads or some sort of marketing strategy needs to be incorporated to start to generate leads, you cannot rely on Google alone. You also never opened up a Google Business Listing-which was one of the first things I suggested that you do-which is a free listing to show up on Google Maps. Google is an extremely competitive landscape, and it takes work and effort to crawl to the top spot of Google. I am sorry you are upset, but i have tried to talk with you multiple times over the past year, but you do not want to hear me.

Jen helped us several years ago to re-design and modernize our company logo. She is creative, easy to work with and a great communicator. We were very happy with her partnership. Funny story - 5 years after she designed our logo we were trying to order new branded merchandise and somehow could not find the logos on our computer. Jen helped us completely redo our old and tired website and turn it into something modern and fitting to our business. We had a great experience working with Jen and very much appreciate all the time and effort she put into this project. During the planning stage, she took the time to listen and understand what it was that we needed, and made suggestions accordingly. Our website was a couple decades old, and it showed, and if you are reading this you probably already understand how much a good online presence matters to a business. We didn’t really know what the process of developing and new website would look like, but Jen guided us from start to finish. Our team being new to the world of website design, we couldn't avoid needing to make changes along the way, so it was nice that Jen was understanding and worked with us to implement our requests. It was also nice to get updates on her progress; the platforms she uses to share her designs are simple and easy to understand for people like us with not much experience in graphic design. We recommend Jen Chapman Creative - absolutely we do. We found her price to be extremely competitive for the support she provided during our website build process. Her strengths are: she is knowledgeable on all aspects of website build, including easily navigating website templates as well as creating something custom, hosting options, and URLs. She is patience. For those of us who are not strong in website build technology, yet must patriciate in the build process, this is invaluable. It is easy to communicate with Jen. Her response time to questions, etc. is very good.
If we had to build another website we would work with her again.
