I highly recommend Smile Innovations of Chicago! Dr. Nidal and his entire team are truly outstanding. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and professionalism that immediately makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Nidal takes the time to carefully explain everything in a way that is clear and easy to understand. He never rushes through appointments and makes sure both I and my family fully understand any dental issues and the treatment options available. His patience, honesty, and attention to detail really stand out. The staff is equally amazing — friendly, organized, and very supportive. They make scheduling simple and stress-free, and during procedures they constantly check to make sure you’re comfortable. It’s rare to find a dental office where you feel genuinely cared for, but this team consistently goes above and beyond. I went to Dr. Ziols on several separate occasions to get wisdom teeth pulled, cavities filled, and just general check ups. For a person who is extremely uncomfortable going to the dentist and talking about oral hygiene, I always had a lovely experience. Everyone who works there is super friendly, and Dr. Ziols is professional, works quickly, and has impeccable bedside manner (he called me the evening after I got teeth pulled to make sure I was doing okay). Definitely recommend! Thanks Dr. Z!

Dr Ziols has been my dentist for almost 30 yrs. I cannot imagined me going to other dentist , why? simply because he is the best, he makes sure that you are a partner on your dental care, he answer all my questions in a manner that I will understand even those medical terms that I don't know anything about. For my age, almost 80 yrs old, I get compliments all the time how beautiful my natural teeth are when I smile, Dr. Ziols magic touch made it possible that I still have most of my real teeth. He refused to pull a tooth if he can save it, thanks a million Dr. Gordon Ziol.

I'm ashamed to say that it's been several years since I have been to a dentist, but recently, that has finally changed. Since it had been a while, I didn't really have a "go-to dentist", but my mom referred me to Dr. Ziols, a professional who previously treated both my brother and sister on numerous occasions. Better yet, the office was a mere five minutes from where I live and I even managed to find a spot directly in front of it. I was greeted by Sheila and I waited no more than five minutes upon entering. And man, was I impressed with his work. With a penchant for black coffee (in addition to a lack of dental visits), my teeth were well-stained pre-appointment. But post-appointment? Years of less-than-flawless hygiene were seemingly wiped away. And it was all done in just a half hour's time. Adding to the experience were the warm personalities of Dr. Ziols and Sheila, both extremely pleasant to be around. Thank you again for your service, Dr. Ziols. I look forward to my next visit.
